ALFRA Bevel Milling SKF 63 - 1 The Advantageous Ï The ALFRA Bevel Milling Machine was especially developed for the preparation of welds and for the bevelling of metallic materials. Ï Low weight, enabling the universal use on the work piece. Ï Machine is designed for one-hand operation suitable for the milling of steel , chrome nickel steel, cast iron and non-ferrous heavy metals. The machine is set at the edge of the work piece and moved with a slight pressure ( manual feed) . Ï The construction of the milling disk, under the use of commercially available carbide milling plates and a rotation speed of 2870 rpm, guarantees a steady bevel milling without rattling. Ï The guide roller` s rails are made of hardened steel and guarantee convincing feed values Ï Easy and safe operation by electronic switch-off control in the event of overstressing and reclosure preventing device. Ï OFF-button intergrated in right handle ( Illustration) . Ï Also suitable for the bevelling of pipes from Ø 160 mm up to Ø 390 mm by means of a special acceessory. Ï Max.
